We dispatch all our watches with Royal Mail Special Delivery. We offer this service because your watch is guaranteed next day before 1pm and is fully tracked all the way to your door. To receive our next day service you have to order before 2pm or your watch will be sent the following day.

We dispatch all our watches with Royal Mail Airsure®. You will generally receive your watch within 2 – 5 working days and is fully tracked all the way to your door. We deliver to most international destinations, all valid countries are in the drop down menu at checkout.

Our 60-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund, you may return within 60 days of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item and try and get your new watch dispatched or full refund completed the same day.
